Stroma Group, a UK market leader in the field of building sustainability, energy performance and compliance, acquired SIAS FM to enter the UK building services market under the Stroma Evolution brand.

Diffusion Group acquired the service division of SIAS Building Services to create a national provider of HVAC maintenance under the SIAS FM brand.
