Evotech Electric Maintenance Van at Fosse Park

At Evotech, sustainability continues to play a key role in how we operate, innovate and support our clients. We are therefore delighted to announce the addition of a new electric van dedicated to our client’s Fosse Park site, further strengthening our commitment to reducing our environmental impact whilst continuing to deliver exceptional service standards.

The new vehicle will support our on-site team in carrying out planned and reactive maintenance activities across this extensive retail and commercial site, which spans an impressive 416,536 sq ft. As one of the region’s leading retail parks, maintaining a safe, efficient and welcoming environment for tenants and visitors alike requires a responsive and reliable engineering presence, and this latest addition helps ensure exactly that.

By introducing an electric vehicle into day-to-day operations at Fosse Park, Evotech is taking another positive step towards greener facilities management. Producing zero tailpipe emissions, the van contributes to improved local air quality whilst also helping to reduce overall operating costs and reliance on traditional fuel-powered vehicles.

The move forms part of our wider sustainability strategy focused on lowering carbon emissions, improving operational efficiency and investing in environmentally responsible solutions across our client sites. As the demand for greener building services and maintenance operations continues to grow, Evotech remains committed to embracing technologies and practices that support both our clients’ sustainability goals and our own.

Our teams are proud to play an active role in helping create more sustainable environments, and the introduction of this electric vehicle at Fosse Park represents another important milestone in that journey.

As we continue to evolve our fleet and operations, we remain focused on delivering innovative, efficient and future-focused solutions that benefit our clients, communities and the environment alike.
