Case study Extra MSA
Background
Extra is the fourth largest motorway service area (MSA) operator in the UK, and the fastest growing, with a new site opening year on year between 2000 and 2010, and many more planned. Each MSA provides around 300 jobs, across a mix of retail and leisure operators, and across its portfolio of 18 MSAs, Extra attracts more than 800,000 vehicles each week.
Brief
To provide high quality and responsive, planned and reactive, mechanical and electrical maintenance services, for gas appliances, air conditioning and ventilation systems, to HVCA SFG20 specifications at five Extra MSA sites.
