Working collaboratively with the Centre’s management team we have developed a fully bespoke service to meet the demanding needs of such a large, busy retail area. Providing four dedicated on site maintenance engineers, supported by our specialist team of commercial gas, electric and air conditioning engineers, we are able to ensure continuity of services for the Centre, enhancing its environment and visitor experience.
Our dedicated engineers work to a robust maintenance schedule to keep the Centre running at optimum levels and provide a safe and comfortable environment for both staff and visitors alike. Out of hours support is accessible via our 24/7 helpdesk team who are able to rapidly mobilise our on-call engineers.
Our engineers aim to reduce the running costs across the site at every opportunity and upgrade services to more energy efficient systems, as installed equipment reaches the end of its lifecycle.
We recently replaced the air conditioning system within the centre’s management suite with a more effective and energy efficient system and also converted the suite’s lighting to LEDs, providing improved life cycle expectancy and reduced energy consumption and so reducing running costs for Crown Estates.
