Established in 1890 the school has grown to become an eclectic mix of refurbished Victorian buildings and state of the art facilities.
Brief
Evotech provides high quality and responsive, planned, and reactive, mechanical maintenance services, including, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) for all the school’s buildings.
Summary of works provided
Since being awarded the contract in 2016, our engineers have maintained Withington’s mechanical plant, including its numerous Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems, ensuring its various teaching environments are kept at optimal levels.
Bolstering the School’s own in-house maintenance team who maintain electrical systems and water hygiene our engineers maintain its gas boilers and associated mechanical plant (pumps, pressurisation units and vessels), air conditioning and numerous ventilation fans. In total our team service and maintain 148 mechanical assets across the Withington site ensuring its buildings run as economically and efficiently as possible and remain compliant.
Our engineers work around term times with our contract manager sending in teams to undertake scheduled works during school holidays.
