Case study Xscape

By working collaboratively with the Xscape management team we have devised a fully bespoke service to meet the demanding needs of such a large, busy retail and leisure complex. Providing dedicated on site engineers, supported by our specialist team of commercial gas and air conditioning engineers, we ensure continuity of services and make a positive impact on the Xscape visitor experience.
Our dedicated engineers work to a robust maintenance schedule to keep the Xscape site running at optimal levels, and provide a safe and comfortable environment for both staff and visitors alike.
Our engineers aim to reduce the running costs across the site at every opportunity and upgrade services to more energy efficient systems, as installed equipment reaches the end of its lifecycle.
We recently identified that the main AHU inverters were operating inefficiently and provided a solution to replace them with new energy efficient models. Following installation of these, the AHUs now have improved seasonal energy efficiency and capacity modulation, providing Xscape with improved plant life cycle expectancy and reduced running costs.
