Background
Based in the heart of Ilford, East London, the Picture House comprises four blocks of between nine and twenty three floors totalling 206 contemporary apartments and prime commercial space. The building offers a community living experience with public spaces that include a gym and yoga studio, TV and games rooms and a shared workspace not to mention a concierge service and regular social events.
Brief
To provide responsive, 24/7, planned and reactive, mechanical and electrical maintenance solutions, across the four blocks of the Picture House.
Summary of works provided
Evotech provides planned preventative electrical and mechanical maintenance solutions for the building, maintaining the energy centre and life safety systems across all common areas of the site, and the Heat Interface Units (HIUs) and Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery (MVHR) units in each of the apartments. Our specialist team of mobile commercial gas, electrical and HVAC engineers ensure continuity of services across the site 24/7/365, maintaining and optimising the following assets:
